Shaun is passionate about working closely with local producers to present a delicious menu reflecting the gems of the local Ballarat region.
Lola’s wine list has been created by former Ballarat boy and now owner of the hugely successful “Blackhearts & Sparrows” boutique wine stores across Australia – Paul Ghaie, and in consultation with local winemaker and sommelier Troy Walsh. The wine list focuses on the finest natural and regionally sourced wines.
